WCHS Touchdown Club

 

The 2008-09 membership drive and reserved seat ticket sales begin on Tuesday August 5th. Membership and reserved seat tickets will be on sale at the WCHS Administrative Office during the following hours: Renewals: Current members can renew membership and purchase tickets for their same seats August 5th from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.   Hold Tickets: Current members who are not able to pick up their tickets during the designated times can request that their seats be held until August 15th.  In order to hold your tickets you MUST call Donna Turner at 552-2324 and ask that they be held.  After August 15th all unclaimed tickets will be released for sale to the public.   Changing Seats: All tickets not purchased or ‘Held’ will be released for exchange to current members on August 6th  4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.  Current members must have already purchased their original seats in order to be eligible to exchange seats.    New Members: All tickets not purchased or held by current members will be released for sale to the public beginning August 7th 4:00 pm to 7:00pm.  You must be a member of the Touchdown Club in order to be eligible to purchase reserved seat tickets.    Membership Dues: Individual Membership         $ 30 Family Membership              $ 50 Corporate Membership        $ 75   Reserved Seat Ticket Pricing: Each Seat $35.00 per season ($7/game) -          Individuals may purchase 1 seat -          Family can purchase seats for immediate family members in the household -     Corporate may purchase up to 6 seats

Membership benefits include:

• Tickets to annual banquet (1 for individual / 2 for family or corporate)
